Measurement, reporting and verification and the enhanced transparency framework are critical to achieving the objectives of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement. This video introduces how to set up intuitional arrangements for transparency reporting and transition to the enhanced transparency framework.
