Tools – Climate change for forest policymakers
The toolbox’s simplified four-stage model reduces the complexity of policymaking to manageable, analytical units, thus facilitating understanding. It emphasizes that the integration of climate change into national forest programmes is an iterative process. New developments, experiences and lessons learned need to be reflected in revisions of policies and implementation arrangements.
