Disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation in the Pacific. An institutional and policy analysis

The objective of this study is to provide an analysis of the current level of integration of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) in seven Pacific island countries (Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Palau, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu),with an emphasis on the policy and institutional environment. The report outlines some of the barriers to integration and makes recommendations on how they can be addressed.
