The NDC Support Facility (NDC-SF) is a multi-donor trust fund created to facilitate the implementation of the nationally determined contributions (NDC) pledged by countries under the Paris Agreement in 2015. It seeks to support rapid, material action on implementation at the country level, including on NDC-related policy, strategy and legislation, budgeting and investment, as well as monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
