Measurement, reporting, and verification and the enhanced transparency framework are critical to achieving the objectives of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement. This video introduces institutional arrangements in the context of climate transparency and the benefits of strong institutional arrangements. It also provides an overview of the key components of institutional arrangements to support climate transparency reporting. (Part 1).
