This document outlines how six NAP-Ag partner countries are measuring their climate finance activities. It discusses how countries are measuring the cost of climate change finance, and their reporting framework at a national level and under the UNFCCC. It also outlines how countries are developing measuring, reporting and verifying processes for finance adaptation activities in the countries' National Adaptation Plan. The document discusses common challenges at national and international levels with recommendations from country case studies.
