How a single aspect of climate change can make food less safe
This infographic aims to educate on the ways in which climate change makes food less safe through effects on different food safety hazards. To highlight the point, a single aspect of climate change - rising temperatures - is used to show how it impacts a number of food safety hazards like foodborne pathogens, mycotoxins, algal toxins and heavy metals, simultaneously and globally.
