This report presents the key outcomes and messages of the 2016 workshop: “Planning for aquaculture diversification: the importance of climate change and other drivers”. It presents the main strategies for aquaculture diversification, highlights some primary drivers and proposes general principles that can help guide diversification in aquaculture. Seen as an adaptation approach to climate change, users will gain knowledge on planning for adaptation.
