This module reflects on the 4th final element of NAP guidelines: Element D – Reporting, Monitoring and Review. It presents the processes of setting up effective adaptation M&E systems for the agriculture sectors. One of the tools presented is impact evaluation. It further introduces the role of outreach and communications for enhancing the project objectives and provides overview of the steps for an effective communications strategy.
