Joint OCB/GSP Training workshop for reporting soil Carbon Stock Change in national greenhouse gas inventories

A training workshop on ‘Reporting Soil Carbon Stock Change in National Greenhouse Gas Inventories’ took place in December 2022 in Bangkok (Thailand) with the participation of more than 60 experts from 42 countries. It was jointly organized by the FAO’s Office of Climate Change, Biodiversity and Environment (OCB) and the Global Soil Partnership (GSP) with support from the Technical Support Unit of the Task Force on Inventories of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) of Japan.
