This analysis takes into consideration the initial 21 KJWA submissions by Parties and 27 by observers and published 20th of May 2018 on the UNFCCC submission portal. Also included are the African Group of Negotiators (AGN) and Least Developed Countries (LDC) group submissions. The analysis intends to make the wide range of views submitted more easily accessible to those interested, including to Parties and observers to the UNFCCC, but also experts working on climate change more generally, as well as interested members of the public.
