A guide for operationalizing climate-smart agriculture (CSA) planning, implementation and monitoring at scale. The guide includes four major components : (1) Situation analysis; (2) Targeting and prioritizing; (3) Programme support; and (4) Monitoring, evaluation and learning. Each component contains information, tools, and approaches to enable action, including identifying funding sources.
