Greenhouse gas emissions ruminant supply chains: A global life cycle assessment

This study looks at the quantification of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions arising from livestock food chains, performing a life cycle assessment (LCA). LCA methods are also used to measure other environmental impacts. The study covers the main livestock sectors: beef, dairy, pigs, poultry, small ruminants and buffalo.
